What makes this detergent so special?

Our Washing Powder was specially formulated to clean stains + stink from cloth diapers (aka, the dirtiest laundry imaginable) but also be gentle on sensitive baby skin. Now imagine what that detergent can do for your regular laundry. It’s pure magic!

Why is “clean-rinsing” so important?

Clean-rinsing simply means that nothing in the detergent is left behind on the fabric after the final rinse. This is critical when washing cloth diapers but ultimately benefits all laundry (ex: sweaty gym cloths, musty towels) by preventing build up.

Is Washing Powder safe for people with sensitive skin and is it friendly to the earth?

Yes! Our all-natural formula is mineral based. It is free of fragrance, dye, SLS, SLES, phosphates, phthalates, parabens and all the other nasty junk we want to keep out of our water and off our skin.

Why powder? I’m used to liquid laundry detergent.

Powder packs a stronger punch! Liquid detergent is made of mostly water so you have to use 3-4 x the volume to get the same cleaning performance as you get from just a couple TBS of powder. Less volume = less money AND less energy used in transport.

How do the Agitators work?

Our weighted silicone Agitators balls work in both the washer AND dryer. In the washer they pound into the fabric forcing stains + soil to the surface. In the dryer they lift + separate to decrease dry time and leave your laundry softer + fluffier.
