Additionally, some negative reviews appear to come from competitors or people with biased motives. For example, a review from June 12, 2025, shows incorrect photos. The reviewer purchased a square-frame chair, but the photos show a triangular-frame chair that’s not even ours. The foot design is different—ours is ball-shaped, hers is oblate. God bless her. We’ve seen a rise in these lately, which is unfortunate. It’s disappointing when others try to discredit a product unfairly. Competitors should focus on improving their own offerings instead of trying to tear others down. Sadly, we expect more of these, including photos and videos, to keep coming. They never seem to stop. Shame on those competitors and paid reviewers—you know you did it wrong. You know it.
